چکیده
A digital eco-monitoring platform is considered as a control system for complex multi-circuit object with Von Neumann-type regulator. Common analytical models of under and data processing by controller are obtained. It shown, that transfer functions, obtained from description discrete may be combined reaction on continual actions.
